"Misty Poco Bar"
(Tri-colored Palomino)

webpicmistyprettyhead..jpg

"MISTY", is an APHA registered palomino paint mare.  Misty foaled  February 6, 1985. Her sire is JOS BAR PRIDE (a bay roan tri paint) & her dam is BEASLEY'S POCO SUE (a giant palomino quarter horse mare).  Misty is of very old lines. She is POCO BUENO & DOC BAR bred. This mare has more sentiment to our family than any horse on the ranch.  She has been a part of our family since 1985.  My mother bought her when she was 6 months old (when I was about 8 yrs. old) and now has passed her to my daughter, Alexis.  Misty was one of the first horses that I learned how to ride.  At 22, this sweet mare, is still going strong.    Trixie was Misty's second to last foal. Trixie is 6 yrs old.
